Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.
prides itself in the
complete satisfaction of its clients for the services provided by the Website /
Company. This satisfaction policy is conjunctive and subject to the
Terms & Conditions and
Privacy Policy as disclosed
separately on the website.
Every Client has the
right to raise a ‘Satisfaction Guarantee Claim’ with
Inchpenny Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. by
sending an email to gstsahyogindia@gmail.com specifying
their grievances along with details of the service utilized and other order
details. On verification of the claim, if there is genuine delay or grievance to
the client, then Inchpenny Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.
shall refund its service fee charged to the client.
Such delay or grievance shall be attributable to the operations of
Inchpenny Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. and should be towards an element that is within
the operational scope of Inchpenny Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.
Any delay on account of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Office of
Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trademarks, Controller of Certifying
Authorities (CCA), Change in Law or Statute, Change in Procedures prescribed by
the relevant authorities or agencies or the relevant authority, Natural
Disasters, Acts of Nature or Third Party Vendors shall not be considered for a
Satisfaction Guarantee Claim, as the same are beyond the control of the Company
/ Website.
Such refund shall be granted within 30 working days from the
settlement of the claim. The refund amount shall be restricted towards the
Service Value of Gstsahyog.com and will exclude all fees, taxes, charges,
challan payments, 3rd Party payments, Vendor Payments etc. that are built into the final
price for any service.
